Business Development Associate (EdTech & Career Focus – Synigital / Pritual)

(Entry-level / fresher with social media awareness and communication skills)

🎯 Objective:

Drive lead generation, partnerships, and enrolments for online courses, career programs, and mentorship offerings across Synigital and Pritual.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

  • Research colleges, institutions, online learning platforms, and jobseeker communities.

  • Identify and reach out to potential students, learners, and partners.

  • Manage outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email.

  • Build and maintain lead pipelines of students and professionals.

  • Coordinate demo sessions, webinars, or mentorship calls.

  • Prepare and share proposal or offer templates for online courses.

  • Track conversion metrics and report enrolment progress.

  • Gather student/partner feedback for marketing and improvement.

🗓️ Daily Tasks:

  • Contact 20–30 potential students or partners.

  • Follow-up with past inquiries via WhatsApp/email.

  • Post or share 1–2 daily social media updates (LinkedIn/Instagram).

  • Update CRM or Google Sheet with lead stage.

  • Coordinate schedules for counselling calls or webinars.

🧠 Skills & Tools:

  • Fluent communication in English (and Hindi if India-focused).

  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business.

  • Creative writing for short messages and posts.

  • Enthusiasm to learn marketing automation and CRM tools.

💰 Compensation Model
